Payments

Payment is due on completion unless staged payments are agreed. Larger projects may require a non-refundable deposit. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

Access, Safety, and Waste

Please ensure safe, reasonable access to work areas. We follow current building regulations and safe working practices. Standard pricing excludes removal of rubble or general waste unless agreed. Making good (plaster/decoration) is excluded unless specified.

Materials and Title

All goods supplied remain the property of Mick O'Byrne Roofing Ltd until invoices are paid in full. Manufacturer warranties apply where provided; warranties may be voided by misuse, poor maintenance, or third-party alterations.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where it cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or delays caused by events outside our control (for example, parts shortages or weather).
